Fuel & Air Saver™ FAQs

If this is so great, why haven't the big 3 automakers and the imports embraced and adopted it?
The OEMs make their livelihood on the built in obsolescence of their products. They count on people needing to replace their cars or trucks every 4-5 years. They have no interest in extending that life cycle, as it would reduce their future earnings and sales.

How does it deliver the fuel savings?
The Fuel & Air Saver™ creates an extremely clean combustion chamber, reducing frictions that can reduce the efficiency of the engine strokes. It also recycles all the unburned fuel from the normal PCV connection back to be used by the engine instead of being wasted. The clean combustion chamber means more power and less work for your engine, reducing overall fuel consumption.

How does the money back guarantee work?
When you install the Fuel & Air Saver™, you fill out the warranty card with serial number, starting mileage, MPG, etc., and mail it back to us. If by 6,000 more miles of additional vehicle use your fuel economy is not at least 15% better than your starting fuel economy, we refund the original purchase price of the unit to you. The product is warranted for the life of your vehicle, as well.

Will I void my truck or car warranty?
No. The CARB in California has paved the way for all registered fuel saving devices to be honored in use by the OEMs.

Who benefits most from installing the Fuel & Air Saver™?
Anyone! The engine cleaning and fuel recycling benefits of the Fuel & Air Saver™ are universal for any car or truck with a standard PCV valve.

How does it extend the life of the engine?
The condensation unit collects all of the contaminants that normally build up over time in the combustion chamber. This includes acids, water vapors, dirty oil, fuel deposits, etc. By eliminating this "crud", and keeping the engine environment so clean, there is minimal wear on all of the working parts of the engine that burn the fuel and generate the power that propels the vehicle. The collection jar for the Fuel & Air Saver™ unit simply needs to be emptied of these contaminants when performing routine oil changes.

Is this a version for vehicles with electronic PCV valves? How do I determine whether my PCV valve is a conventional one or an electronic one?
Cars and trucks built from model year 2006 forward may use a new electronic version of the original PCV valve. Your VIN# can be cross checked by your dealer or mechanic to confirm whether you have a conventional or electronic PCV. The current Fuel & Air Saver™ is designed to work exclusively with conventional PCV valves. All 2005 or older model vehicles utilize conventional PCV valves that are compatible with the Fuel & Air Saver™.
