Fuel & Air Saver™ Installation Highlights:

A typical PCV valve, mounted to the engine crankcase, is a federally mandated "pollution control valve". This valve normally controls emissions, but shoots water vapor, acids, spent oil and unburned fuel back into your engine manifold. The Fuel and Air Saver™ separates and collects all these contaminants, while returning the unburned fuel back to the engine, maximizing the fuel automobile efficiency.

The Fuel & Air Saver™ condensator unit is inserted between the PCV valve and the typical connector leading from the valve back into your engine manifold. Special patented filter technology keeps the engine pristine and recirculates auto fuel to the combustion chamber.

Precut and labeled hoses and hose clamps are provided to complete the Fuel & Air Saver™ hookups to your engine. A SCREW DRIVER IS THE ONLY TOOL REQUIRED TO SECURE THESE CONNECTIONS!

Depending on the truck model you own, specific mounting brackets are attached to the condensator lid to mount the unit in a spot with easy access under the hood. Screws complete the installation in a convenient location where contaminants collected by the Fuel & Air Saver™ are easy to view, and remove from the collection jar. First deposits will be visible around 1500 miles after installing the unit, and can be emptied when routine oil changes are performed on your vehicle.

That's it! Installation takes about 15 minutes, and is about as easy as connecting a garden hose to a sprinkler. Once the installation is complete, you need to record the unit serial number, your starting mileage and economy fuel on the warranty card and drop it in the mail to us. We warrant the product for the life of your automobile, and provide a money back guarantee for achieving a minimum of 15% improvement in gas fuel economy. Most Fuel & Air Saver™ users achieve 20-30% better economy fuel in use.
